qqq3 philip......... lets be clear about it, the PPA is a normal PPA with all the nromal protections of a PPA.....They say it is along the lines of the YTL PPA with protections against coal prices, with capacity payments and variations. ....and the cash flows projections went through thousands of hours of work, years of revisions, vetted by many bankers.
