other than fibo and elliot .... they are pushing down before the announcement ...

it will drop until 3.1 at 61.8 retracement ....according to fibbo ... its in Elliott 4th wave and its going to be a zig zag drop down .... means that it will go lower than 3.2 ....then will create a new way up for wave 5 ....
