cytew: I share the same view, in fact, when it's traded EX next week (27th Aug), it will adjusted to 41.3 sen (BURSA ref price 41.0 sen), then market price will adjust again, if falls to below 40.0 sen, it will be huge cut! Then, when LR is traded, mother price will come down again. Careful.

MPHBCAP is a new stock, useless to look at the chart, don't worry about RSI or other indicators.

Few reasons for why MPHBCAP is on uptrend:
1. issue of share overhang over, demand exceed suppply now
2. undervalue, and now more investors realise the potential of it
3. more research houses start to cover this stock
4. original shareholders of MPHB (now MAGNUM) will get their monies from special dividend and use it to purchase this stock, furthermore MAGNUM now is fully valued, they will sell MAGNUM and buy MPHBCAP.
5. Being a Mid Cap stock, potential for EPF to purchase

These are just some of my thoughts.

We start to see the effect of demerger exercise of original MPHB - firstly Value creation, secondly EPF can now purchase the MPHBCAP under mid cap catagory and not gaming stock.

But for me, MAGNUM has declared the special dividen of 48.7 sen, with this money, they can use it to purchase more MPHBCAP! That's why it starts moving today. Cheers.

According to Prospectus issued by the company recently, in page 4, the theorical fair value of WB is RM0.11 whcih was determined using the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model, and with HOVID at 23.0sen, that means the WB is now worth even more since the mother share has gone up to 25.0 sen, easily 13 sen when market improves.

Now I want my investment double again. HOVID-WB : at 8.5 sen, only premium of 4%, very very low premium, and gearing of 3 times, reasonably high too for a low price counter, is should be 2 to 2.5 only.

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!! A stock that I followed since early this year - REDTONE has gone up double from 36 sen (the price I started buying) and now 72 sen (highest 77 sen). We are in bull market. LOL.

From what I gather so far, few research house has started talking about the new counter MPHBC with target price ranging from RM1.77 to RM2.36. Not surprising as after demerger exercise, the values of MPHB assets will start to unlock and reflect a real worth of the company.

member41, no IPO to the public for this counter, you have to be shareholder of MPHB or buy the OS from market. This is the beauty partn of new MPHB Capital, no overhang problem from new issue arising from IPO, only the original MPHB shareholders.

To reach RM0.60 is possible if it becomes a M&A target, especially drugs manufacturer from oversea, a case example like what happened to Latexx. To me personally, base on current news flow, it is very likely to reach 30.0 sen in near future after completing the warrant issues successfully next Monday.

Also, don't be fooled by someone who tries to bring down the price of the counter, in actual fact they are not the shareholder at all, if they have, go by what they've said, they are not honest at all!

Start to like this counter again. The share price down due to result announced yesterday, very good then, after all it is a reflection of the past. When investing in stocks, we are looking at the future and prospect of the company, the news flow will be coming in from next month onwards, especially on Penang World City.

Don't be too carried away by the news flow so far, time to take profit first.

Good price to buy MPHB at RM3.50 now, eventually it will move up again to above RM3.60, the adjustment is too much already, at RM3.50, the OS has to be priced at around 80 sen then only those who bought before EX can recover their cost!!

This is the counter for post GE13, they will get more projects especailly from Government (whether Bn or PR form the government) as more and more WIFI hotspots will be set up (as promised in manifesto) and REDTone is the specialist in this area.

This counter has gone up 10% since CNY, from 38.0 to now 42.0, when the 3Q result announced in end of April, it will be another 10% upside easily! HaHAHaaa.
