Although the share price showed near term uptrend for past 1 month due to bonus issue, there is a strong resistance zone at 7.80-8.00. 1Q24 is expected to announce on 24/4/24 in conjunction with AGM / EGM for bonus issue. Based on the current sentiment, the upcoming QR carries a lot of uncertainties. Notably, the effective tax rate has been increasing over the last quarter which has eroded Vitrox's profit margin. If the result is below expectation, operator may press down again towards 7.00.

I think they are hedging for downstream business. SOP and Taann are purely upstream player, hence, they hardly have any forward contract sales.

Q421 ASP was RM3263, far below MPOB as well as other plantation stocks. Even though TSH has huge exposure to Indonesian market, their ASP was RM 3570. UP is superior to her peers just simply because of their ability to minimize cost of production. Otherwise, their ASP is much much lower than her peers because of all these forward contracts. Anyone can highlight me why UP exposed so much to forward contract? Nearly half of their production volume has been tied with forward contract, which is pathetic in current situation.

Inari is not the only OSAT player in the world. They are awarded the OSAT contract from Broadcom because of their good long term partnership with Broadcom for the past 10 years. If Apple decided to produce their own wireless 5G chips, there are so many top OSAT available in Taiwan, such as Taiwan Based ASE/SPIL/Powertech or American based Amkor. Taiwan is likely the top priority of Apple if they have to choose a OSAT for their own 5G chip.
