I myself has been attending 2 AGMs since day 1. I had have the opportunity to talk to BoD regarding Krono business. You may come to join, david.

New management has proved their ability for 4 Q to make net profit. This should not be a problem. Now Krono is doing corporate exercise buying all shares of India subsidiary which they think can grow faster. Do come to EGM to ask.

Asia business shares has been entrusted to Krono (ONLY) and now they are doing well here. The rest of the continents I do not know. However, I could see Quantum Corp has come out with new products means they spent money to do R&D which might cost them a lot of money.

Interesting to note that cloud repositories (IoT) is found in Quantum's Artico.
