hey calvin, where are the announcement for kbunai in 11MP... nothing. Point is your are all nothing but guessing. You cannot win all the time by guessing, of cos once a while u get lucky guessing but how many times can you get lucky ? If really luck so good, then better quit sharemarket and go and gamble in casino instead.

prepare to lose it all in kbunai, just like what happen to those investing in Fountain View. Fountain View Berhad NTA was RM5+ ( mostly made up of lands, like kbunai ) when it got suspended and later delisted, shareholders gets nothing. kbunai NTA is less than 20sen, what will shareholder get when it got delisted ?

alo calvin, Fountain View was suspended in 2007 lah, you look at 2009 annual report already too late, most assets already gone.
Puncak Alam is in Mukim Ijok lah calvin. See people, he don't even know what is mukim ijok, yet he says those land held by Fountain View are lousy. Nearby those land u know is what ? We have high class projects like Sunway Cahaya ( RM 1 million for a link house ). Bukit Jelutong, all nearby.
Those lands are of very high value land, too bad when suspended and delisted shareholders gets nothing. Fountain View land Assets used to be over RM5, share price was only 20sen+ before it got delisted. Wow... everyone think they buy 20sen share but can get back RM4.80 because of lands... but get what now ? nothing.
Lets just face it, kbunai is not interested to make money for shareholders, it is making loss non-stop, trying its best to become PN17 and get itself delisted. Its going down the Fountain View road, it has some lousy assets but it will soon be nothing for shareholders.

You can dream about getting your hands on that land because when kbunai gets delisted after PN17, the owner will grab all the land. For example.. fountain view used to have a huge tract of land in much better location, over 4000 acres of land in Puncak Alam Shah Alam,
When Fountain View was delisted, none of the land were sold to be given back to shareholder, even after nearly 10 years, shareholder still gets nothing. If those land are sold, easily pay back every single creditors and plenty of balance to share. But instead, Shareholder cant recover their money in fountain view shares, cant do anything with their inevested money in fountain view,
That is PN17 and delisted. Kbunai is going the same direction with their continued losses.

fittings of holiday sea side resorts will depreciate much faster because of the salty air, very easily rust... we can expect kbunai to suffer bigger loss as more fittings are growing older. Some of you may think 7 sen is worth a punt but a company with such a huge number of shares, will very hard to move up. BUT very easy to fall if bad news is announced.

you know calvin, last time when I first come to this website, I saw you writing about BJCORP and GSB, both seems like got some potential, so I thought wow.. maybe this guy is worth following. BUT suddenly to my horror kbunai come out from calvin mouth, all my good impression of him gone immediately. The more calvin promote kbunai, the more low he has become.. we all know kbunai has no more hope, it is game over long ago, just waiting to go bankrupt.

people has been buying Perak Corp even before it drops to 60 sen , a lot of people know about Prkcorp long before you know it. People were undecided back then because not sure their port operations will make money or not. Once port operation was proven to be profitable, PRKCORP Starts to move up. Has kbunai show any profitablilties ? None... if you depend on 11 MP for kbunai to go up, just look at the vol.. just few days away, still no vol.. means nothing lah, if got surely insiders would have been buying already.

you are buying prkcorp bcause you think its NTA is high BUT the reality is PRKCORP rise is because of its port monopoly operations, without the port monopoly operations.. all the NTA from land valuation are useless. If Kbunai also have port monopoly license... then I agree that Kbunai is worth buying, but kbunai has nothing.

watch out people, kbunai is a loss making company, never makes profit. once it announce a big loss, it may even go into PN17. once PN17, kbunai will crash to 2 or 3 sen... then may even get suspended and delisted, you may even lose all your money. IS it worth the risk ? so many other counters to buy why risk on such a dangerous company.

of cos big investors were buying up focal, prkcorp and etc...that's why all the shares goes up and not go downwards. It only take a very short time once they discover SPSETIA take-over of Focal before it shoots up, it only take a short while for PRKCORP to shoot up once integrax ports were ready for operations.. BUT calvin is buying kbunai for the sake of its land, those land has been there for donkey years and if those lands are good, kbunai share price would have gone up but it keep on dropping. Something is very wrong.

There are professional valuers, big investment companies they have experts, they know the true value of Kbunai, if Kbunai is worth as much as calvin, it wont be 7 sen today, those people already know something is very wrong, they know those land are not worth anything. That is why they are not buying kbunai.. only calvin, thinking he is smarter than those professionals who has access to inside information of kbunai. Calvin can only wish for this and that, imagine this and that, but reality is kbunai is sinking... they have never make profit, kept on losing money and kept on issuing more shares to survive. They have reach almost the limit now, at 7 billion shares with their revenue cant even touch 80 million a year and loss making... they are doomed.

they still cant get the villas transferred to them lah, read the article carefully. If not they would have sold off those villas, but they cant sell. That's why they are sueing kbunai for RM32 million. If Kbunai lose this court case, bankrupt for sure.
yeah... 9 days away and no announcement on kbunai... finished, everyone will be running like mad, will it be a limit down ?

There are nothing more to revalue in kbunai, all their properties has already been overvalued. Those sea-side land don't worth much because not much use except for holiday resorts. Holiday resort in that area is proven unprofitable because kbunai has been operating there for donkey years and never makes profit.
Seaside land are actually high risk, nobody can build house there to stay because you never know what will happen at night in the sea when you are sleeping soundly. Holiday resorts not too bad because you only stay few nights and you are gone.

total cash plus debtor is less than RM60 million but creditors are more than RM300 million, if cannot pay up creditor initiate a wind up on them, finished. Since every month also cannot make profit, where are they going to get money to pay all those creditors.

a lot of people were busy collecting cheap counters like RA, suddenly PN17 drop till 1.5sen. There are still some people collecting kbunai thinking can make money out of it, but keep your eyes glued to the trading screen because when it suddenly announced PN17, make sure u can run fast enough.

my god "FILTHY RICH IN ASSETS" ? maybe he has not seen what is rich in asset and what is not. Kbunai is not rich in assets, those are small lousy assets. Total lands across the country are less than 2000 acres, mostly at remote places and the only one near to civilisation is that karambunai resort, which is a seaside land... which is barely usable for anything else apart from holiday resort, which is proven unprofitable because there are many other better holiday resorts elsewhere in Sabah.

kbunai 9 month sales is only RM36 million, each month can make RM4 million sales only.
RM4 million sales each month how to handle 500 employes salaries, huge resorts area and facilities to maintainence, water bill, electric bills, room facilities, gardens, plants, playgrounds, pools and etc no wonder villas are rotting away and unattended erosion at their sea-walls.
It will never make profit.. loses after losses, sooner or later they wont be able to raise more shares, that's when they will be delisted and it wont be very long because it bleeding has become worse.
7 billion shares *caugh*caugh*caugh* and calvin is expected it to rally.

No big time developer will buy over kbunai because those land cannot be developed into a profitable projects. If can, kbunai already developed it long ago, we wont have villas rotting away and even until now title cannot be transferred to buyers of those villas.

FACB boss got no choice but to dilute kbunai to his advantage. kbunai owes him money and no money to pay. How to recover money from kbunai knowing very well it is impossible for kbunai to generate profit to pay him, so he just ask kbunai to issue more shares to give it to him. Basically all you shareholders are paying kbunai debt to FACB boss for kbunai.

bukit unggul... hahaha. can build what ? prk corp is doing well not because of its land , it is because of its Perak port monopoly operations. Go and ask karambunai get the exclusive port operations like Prk Corp, then only we are talking. We are talking about a half bankrupt company, making loss non-stop... hoping for a small piece of land 1363 acres to turn around the company, dream on. Assets are useless if company kept on making loss, remember Fountain view, next will be karambunai. 11MP plan like calvin say will inject money into kbunai never happen.. so, kbunai is good as dead. After delisted, will shareholder able to get their hands on those assets ? answer lies in what happen to Fountain View, their Assets is worth RM5+ / share ( before valuation ), share holders gets nothing.
