one in Sabah.. bleeding non-stop making loss every single year, kbunai share ballooned to almost 6 billion shares doing rights issue to raise money to survive. the resort is too large to manage ( needs man power and maintenance money ) and occupancy rate is too low to be profitable. You cant sell it to foreign investor because Sabah law say cannot sell land to foreigner, not even to West Malaysian.

Another asset is in sepang, to be exact, dengkil in Malay kampong... where got people go there for holiday. IF you want to covert that place into residential, you wont be able to find much buyers because it is located in Malay kampong ( that is why the land is so cheap ). Meaning that property also useless.

Perak Corp, Tasek, Lafarge... are all profit making company with good cash cow business, PM corp has good assets and cash on hand with little debts and business is still reasonable. BUT karambunai is loss making, bad assets, how to compare with those?

leno, kbunai now has 6 billion shares, how to goring ? simply too many shares, no sane syndcate dare to goreng such counter. A lot of syndicate favourite goreng counters becomes coma when their shares becomes too large.

6.5sen is still a good price to exit kbunai, don't wait until 1 sen

There is no way Sabah will open their land for foreigner to buy, By the way that sepang land is in Dengkil , right in the middle of the Malay kampong... how to fetch good value ? IF you build houses there, no Chinese will go there and buy.. Malay folks wont buy those properties. So you end up losing money. Coldrisk, those land in Bentong is not in remote places, they are all prime land. You can even walk to the town center from there. Just 5 mins walk to Bentong main Bus station. One of the most famous school in bentong, Catholic High School is located right there. It is just few minutes drive from the Karak highway.

I don't think those land are very valuable, they are all leasehold and most of them are not suitable for property development, underwater. If you think they can sell their land, I doubt so because FACB will sooner or later take over those land from Kbunai.

Kbunai has about 6 billion shares, to even make 1 sen profit, kbunai needs RM60 million profit, Kbunai 9 month revenue is only RM48 million, full year cant even cross RM60 million revenue, how to get RM60 million profit ?

So, a full year 1 sen profit is impossible for kbunai, u see this company got hope or not ? That is even after Malaysia Gov pump in RM100 million in 2010 to help them and later rights issue for cash and capital reduction... yet still doing so badly. The resort is so huge, needs a lot of money to maintain, I doubt they can ever make a profit.

last time there is a company called Transmile, have even richer big brother Robert Kwok, also go delisted and bankrupt. Fact is, kbunai is bleeding non-stop and there is no cure for it.

calvin, have u missed out that kbunai did a capital reduction in 2013 ? meaning even at highest peak of 29sen, it is actually only about 5 sen. now at 6 sen, kbunai is actually at about 1 sen only at its peak. With rights issue after that, it is even worse. IF kbunai continue to make loss, once NTA goes into negative, PN17 or failed to pay its huge debt, PN1... you are doomed, because next will be suspended and delisted.

KBUNAI is a bankrupt candidate, just forget it... almost impossible to manage the resorts/hotel into profitablity based it its size and occupancy rate. Just how many times has it ever report a profit from operations ? Its seaside land is not suitable for plantation, majority of it is also not suitable for housing. As for sepang land, too near the airport, not 1 but 3 big airports ( KLIA 1, KLIA 2 and LCCT ) noise are unbearable for any housing projects.

As for GSB, I think I will give it another chance, I heard they are preparing to launch the Klang project anytime now after studying the impact of GST implementation.

As for Kenny Rogers Chicken, taste horrible and expensive, so much complains about their side dish and bad service. If you walk around, most of their Restaurant are empty and many have been closed down. They are doing so badly, now they have to do Groupon. Most of the business in BJCORP are not doing well, they make profit mostly by disposing assets, sooner or later they will have none left to dispose. Any remaining good business are slowly being diluted, latest Mazda dealership. Worse of all, after dispose assets with so much capital gain, why they did not give any capital returns to shareholders ? They keep cash to for themselves. Prepare yourself to hold a shell company.

well, this is an excellent accounting play by BJCORP, people normally don't care about accounting, they just see profit or loss on the surface, that's all. So, BJCORP will rally for sure.

from share price, most likely BJCORP will be announcing a loss. Normally insiders and big players have info way ahead of small players. Normally they will announce some positive news to reduce impact of loss announcement. It all depends now, how positive this news will be.

calvin, BJLAND wont be contributing any profit for BJCORP this round and BJLAND are the one holding most of the good stuff for BJCORP.. only BJAUTO sales contribute to BJCORP profit, I am afraid it wont be much, 21 million divided over 5 billion shares, is very little. Besides, any other units make loss will reduce that 21 million to nothing. From there, I am not expecting a good profit from BJCORP for this quarter.

I am sure some of you have heard about, johnmaster in investlah, he used to have 100% hit rate of all his past pick, all gaining more than 100% some even hit more than 1000%.. unfortunately, just one wrong selection, GSB he is stuck for 5 years.

this is the only penny 10 sen stock that has never visited 30sen during goring in the past 5 year history. During goreng, even the worse bankrupt penny counter in KLSE also have visited 30sen but not GSB, very strange counter indeed. One thing I cant deny is that, they are very good property developer with more than 30 years experience with proven track records. We can be assured of their project success because they know how to build good properties.

dividend is no really a big deal if there are capital appreciation. There are many local companies in KLSE giving out good dividends, suddenly bankrupt and delisted. Because no more money in the company to run their business.

There is a chance china company a con man company, there is also the same chance a local company a conman company. If both local and foreign company face the same con risk, why settle for less ? I doubt XINQUAN is a conman counter simply because it has a noticable brand ( GERTOP ) and real sales outlets.
