Investeye, there are many companies in KLSE who has never given any dividends at all, still going up like rockets. XINQUAN already said it needs the money for expansion, shareholder should understand their plans, pain first gain later. Unless XINQUAN display no growth, no dividend, then we worry... but XINQUAN is growing like crazy, shareholders should not be obstacles now by demanding too much dividends. Let it grow, we will get capital appreciation too. I am sure when its expansion stabilized, we will get our dividends.

I heard Johnmaster from investlah was recommending BJCORP before calvin went into it. Normally Johnmaster were able to detect good shares way before its time.

moving up powerfully, looks like heading back to above RM1 , need to get back to big investors radar screen, cannot stay below RM1.

don't worry, read the notes... it says property sales will come in next quarter :) ... still got time for us to collect more cheap GSB shares.

yes, I almost forget the Klang project, that is another very popular location. Sure sell out at that location. Easily another RM200+ million, 3 projects combined, easily RM700 million. Then come the most promising of all, Kelana Jaya project.. another super sold-out location, when launched we can see easily RM300 million project. Total easily RM1 billion for a 10sen company with just 440 million shares, what else in KLSE shows so much potential ? GSB has hardly any debts to deal with, very easy to expand.

EGM, confirmed Shah Alam land purchase RM20 million. Will build 300 units of service apartment with shop lots. Even if each service apartment is sold at lelong price RM300K each, already RM90 million, but I think it will be a RM450K price tag for that area, plus all the shoplots inside the service apartment, easily RM200+ million for that project. Bought a RM20 million land for a RM200+ million project, Another very good move by GSB because that place is very good location, easy to sell. Easily another big profit coming from GSB apart from G Residence. No wonder GSB share start to move again. 10 sen is still too cheap

Looks like I was wrong about BJCORP, financial results was exceptionally good. GSB at below 10sen, you simply cant go wrong with it. It may have been sleeping for years, once G-Residence money comes in, our sleeping beauty will wake up.

Calvin you are out dated, majority of the buyers are able to get the loans now. GSB is on track again to make big money. If I were you, I will be more worried about BJCORP than GSB.

oh my god, you guys invest in this type of company ? Software company does not have any hard assets, software gets outdated very fast and once the pioneer software developer gets promoted or left the company, software company will be left with nothing but a un-maintained obsolete software and depends on luck whether their new staff can make another new software. Most of the time these company will become empty shell company because they do not have any assets. Cash will all be used up as "R&D" cost by the owner. You probably wont get a single sen until the company close shop with your investment.
All these GST are over-hyped, most software already have this feature for ages, only not used in Malaysian market.

just keep close eye on the selling vol, once "hot money" is done with its selling, investors will move in to mop up cheap BJCORP shares.

MOL global even become USD ZERO ( 0 ) also wont impact Berjaya Corp. Just the 3 asset I mentioned earlier ( Berjaya Hills, Berjaya Times Square and Bukit Kiara ) is already 3 to 4 times larger than 45sen BJCORP. Plenty of other high value assets in London, Korea, Japan, Langkawi, Redang, Tioman, Johor, Selangor Turf Club and etc... just too many of them for me to list.
Not forgetting, they also have business like direct marketing Cosway, Sports toto ( soon casino in Jeju Korea ), Mazda Car assembly/sales, Insurance, Berjaya University, Informatics and many other high value business. Don't let your emotion control your brain. Although accused as a crony, VT is a decent family man and he does quite a fair bit for the communities.

Let me share another piece of land Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, as we all know Bukit Kiara is among the hottest location in KL, vacant land there can easily fetch above RM250/sq feet. That land is more than 7 million sq feet, easily RM2 billion if disposed. If developed into properties, even bigger value. I suggest you go and do your own research, so far I only mention 3 of their many high value assets. This fall of share price is really unjustified, "hot money" activities give us an opportunity of our life time to own this share at this kind of price.

if want to write imaginary negative about a company, anyone also can cook up a story to make any company in stock market to look bad. All companies are subject to the same type of risk, difference is how much hard assets do they have. After Berjaya hills, lets look at another one, Berjaya Times Square (BTS) ( 700,000 sqm built up area ), that's about 170 football fields, with hotels, shops and indoor theme parks. BTS alone is worth at least several billions if disposed. We have seen only 2 assets so far, How about others ?

Don't write off BJCORP so fast, share price may go up and down sometimes does not reflect the true picture. BJCORP does have a massive amount undervalued assets. Lets just look at one of their assets, for example... BERJAYA hills ( do you know the size of that hill ), just that one asset alone already worth more than RM3 billion. They have so many other hard assets, not just in Malaysia but all over the world. This selldown is caused by "hot money" leaving KLSE, gives us opportunity to buy cheap. Once "hot money" are done with their selling, BJCORP will be moving up again to its true value.

hamitouzhi, you have to be patience, let the company grow first. If more money are given out as dividends, they have less money to grow the company. You have to look a little bit further. If XINQUAN keeps cash and you see no growth, yes something is wrong BUT XINQUAN is growing at a very fast pace and they surely needs as much cash as possible to help the growth. IF you do not believe in them, simply don't buy it. Sorry Jason, what I meant was thousands of sales channels including the internet... you are right about their own sales outlets

why u all so worry about dividend, after give dividend, share price also reduced by the dividend amount. Most important is capital gain. As company becomes bigger, company value grows bigger. If give dividend, less money to grow the company. XINQUAN looks real to me because they have sales outlet in most shopping malls in China, thousands of them.

According to the CEO, the company still need a lot of cash to grow the GERTOP brand, next year give dividend.

XINQUAN is Timberland of China with their GERTOP brand. Just like what Li-Ning is to Nike and Adidas. Li-Ning already overtaken both Nike and Adidas... will GERTOP overtake Timberland ? from what I heard, GERTOP is going very strong in China.

GSB sure knows how to save money, they do the AGM in their office in Cheras unlike most companies wasting money do AGM in 5 star hotels.

Although KLSE seems bearish and many goreng counters has collapsed, GSB holds firm at 12sen.. meaning, GSB has not been goreng yet. All those who bought GSB earlier are real investors with hard money. After AGM will be October 2014, this is when things will become very exciting for GSB. Impossible for goreng players to skip GSB this time.

trouble is GSB is not in any goreng mode yet, recent rise in share price was reflecting the G Residence project launch.
We will have 2 more event coming soon, which will escalate GSB shares price further up without any goeing, After 2nd project launch and financial results with G Residence profits, we will see another share price rise, I am sure goreng party will jump in this next round, that's when we sell to take profit before by back when the goreng party dispose for profit. Of cos in long run, GSB still has plenty of room to grow

Klang project is a guarded and gated project, Area size is about 6 acres. if not mistaken, it is also called G Residence.

Good news, Klang project will be commencing real soon. The land size is around 6 acres+ ( size of 6 football fields ). They can build quite a lot of residental units there. This project will surely sell like hot cakes because the location is ideal, you have schools, hospital, hypermarkets, Jusco and both modern township (Bukit Tinggi and Bandar Botanic ) and old township ( Taman Chi Liung ) all within 10 km radius https://www.google.com.my/maps/@3.0183777,101.437392,15z

that's great news Alex Chan, looks like they are going all out for property development. They are hiring COO for their property development division, not CEO and some marketing and others all related to properties. Looks like they are going to expand for real this time. Please read the chairman report in the Annual Report, you can almost sense his excitement and fire to build this company.

GSB, for your info I suspect is short for Gan Seng Biang, the founder/owner of Sima Group a very reliable property developer in KL with 40 years of excellent track records. Sima Group although a very low profile company but very reputable property developer, well known for their sincerity in their dealings with suppliers, customers for the past 40 years and probably now with investors also ( since they are now listed as GSB ). Maybe that's why they never bother to goring their shares to trap investors. Don't look likely on this small and low profile Sima Group because those projects they build are of top quality which rivals anyone, recently they decide to enter a property completion with their Kelana Parklane and won an award at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013

ericB6B, according to John master, GSB will launch another RM200 million+ property project in Oct 2014 and followed by 2 more of similar size in 2015. One shocking info is that GSB is actually the back-door listing of a top class low profile property developer Sima Group.
