INTRODUCTION

The directors of MFB are En Harris Bin Abu Hashim and En Arifuddin Bin Mohamed Shah.

of Sanyang Motorcycle (“SYM”) brand motorcycles in Malaysia.
SALIENT TERMS OF MOU
1. ACCSOFT and MFB confirm their mutual interest in a collaboration agreement which will
involve but not limited to a joint venture.
2. ACCSOFT brings to the collaboration
➢ Application technology and collection silos
➢ Leadership in the business expansion
➢ Business Strategies and management guidance
➢ Business network sharing and support
➢ Funding or fund raising
3. MFB brings to the collaboration
➢ One thousand (1,000) motorcycles and riders
➢ Operational management
➢ Technical support
➢ Day to day operations
4. ACCSOFT and MFB agree that commencement of concrete and finite negotiations on the

Think twice before you subscribe the rights.. look at kgroup for example..Before rights the share price been pushed up so high..Once rights is over, the price dropped so much. Anzo will be the same. Rights at 0.20. it will drop below 0.20.. if you really think Anzo has future, why not just wait until the rights is over and wait for the price to drop below 0.20...
