weirdvilante - Maybe you dont know how ESOS work. My company also issue ESOS to staff and I get profit of arround 50k.
As of BORNOIL CASE, BOD will get ESOS at 0.033. Company buy back share from ESOS at 0.040 to 0.045. So the BOD will profit ton of money by buying ESOS at 0.033 and sell at 0.040 to 0.045.

Gold still 6 feet underground.
This ghost stories had been around for 4 to 5 year.
Yet to see any action on gold mining.

ESOS at 0.033, company buy back share at 0.040-0.045.
So this how BOD making big profit.
