For my point of view, management is a key matters that drag public bank hongkong into disasters.management keeps on emphasis that macro economic environment very challenging but I didn’t see any good profit show in their annual report from past 10 years onwards when the time macroeconomic in good condition. For holding company public bank Malaysia,public bank hongkong only contributed very tiny profit to their group profits,the mother company top management don’t even bother the hongkong market.really feel pity n sorry to those public bank hongkong investors, especially those retirees old folks

要管理层和董事局有逆向思维先有用，不过这些九流管理人员和董事永远都是后知后觉的，，，因为输的亏的都不是他们，他们有的是黄金降落伞，飞机失事他们都没有问题

最惨就系逆向思维去谂，佢都冇发围机会，博佢私有化，因为我睇过佢嘅损益表，佢有三十几个自置物业，大部份用20年前买入价计算，唔系用现今嘅市价mark to market，现时股价咁低残，PB肯定连0.1都冇。

If we go in details on its qtr report,you will realize that almost every quarterly report prospect is “copy and paste” from previous report. really speechless

Management is very stubborn and ego,this can see they even don’t bother to entertain the analysis of investment bank until team cease coverage on this stock.

Besides, land expansion with higher cost incurred but history low profit for past 4 years shows that management doesn’t bother about shareholders return and doesn’t come out any plan to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall company performance .

Those investor should question 3A lousy management in coming AGM on why energy cost spike up compare to last three quarters. Poor management only a disaster to share holder n company

If my calculations is correct, the last financial qtr of boustead should turn to profit due to one time sell off realize gain on its hotel located at Jln Chulan....n in future boustead will involve into cloud business which is the expertises of new ceo...maybe is a right time to collect as downsize very minimum...any price below rm0.7 is a good buy ,kept n hold n we should review the result end of this year

The edge reports title that LTAT cancel plans to take boustead private due to covid19 n mco really make me laugh...the actual story is that beneficial party not agree of the price offering even from rm0.80 revise to RM1 per share n boustead find it difficulties to raise the fund for capital repayment

Won’t drop till limit down as rm0.68 is support point...if not mistaken tomorrow closing price will up as market always react oppositely
