The Board of Directors of Nexgram wishes to announce the following additional information
as required in Query:

1. The source of the supply of the PPE i.e. the gown and medical gloves to NBSB
for NBSB’s onward distribution to MAPU.

NBSB get the supply from Crecom Burj Gloves Sdn Bhd which NBSB is the appointed
representative for AAMI Isolation Gown and K-Gloves Nitrile Examination.

2. Total capital and/or investment outlay required of NEXGRAM and/or NBSB in
respect of the venture into the distribution of PPE to MAPU.

No capital or investment outlay is required by NBSB as the customer is required to pay
the deposit of their order.

3. Clarification on whether the sale of PPE to MAPU requires any government
approvals in Malaysia and/or Indonesia. If yes, please state the government
approvals NBSB needs to obtain and the status of such approvals.

PPE is not required approval from Medical Device Authority. However, MAPU will apply
the special access approval from Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia upon
each delivery.

4. The commencement and expiry dates of the sale of the Products to MAPU as
stipulated in the Agreement.

The first delivery of the order for AAMI Isolation Gown and K-Gloves Nitrile
Examination Gloves-Powder Free will be on November 2020.

This announcement is dated 28 July 2020.

500k boxes of glove x RM 30 per box x 12 months = 180m

Total contract worth 420M

Estimate
Profit margin 5% = 21m per year
Profit margin 10% = 42m per year
Profit margin 15% = 63m per year
Profit margin 20% = 84m per year

Based on their FY 2019 they are making losses around 22M. Even with profit margin 5% this contract should help them back to profit making next year.

as i said before, the biggest enemy is not the stock itself, but its our own EQ. If your buy sell is controlled by your emotion and you cannot sustain these kind of ups and down. You can sell. The facts is right there, TG management already made announcement about this matter, banks already released their view on this matter. If you buy or sell based on your emotion, you will still lose money no matter you are in which stock. Set a target price to sell and buy for yourself and stick to it.

this is pretty unexpected. TG in singapore recovered almost 10% at the time of writing.

even with vaccine found, the demand for glove will still continue. It's a very common sense thing to think about. If you agree that even with vaccine found, people are still afraid to fly then why would you think that people will stop using gloves, masks and sanitiser?

The fact is that, these gloves company will still make profit for several quarters. As long as the company can make profits for several quarters and each quarter they made more than the previous quarter, these company share price will not stop increasing. There will always be people who panic sell based on rumours and news, but you should really sell when you think their next QR is going to be a bad QR. Why would you want to sell if you think their coming QRs will be better than their previous QR?

Remember, this is a stock market, there is up and down, it will test your EQ to the limit. If you cannot sustain it, you won't see your TP realised.

the sharp fall most likely was due to some IB taking profit and it causes some people to panic sell. We saw a rebound afterward, it could also means that the IB saw a panic selling and they buy back to hold the position. This should be a normal profit taking procedure and it should be back to normal and still with space to rise.

The fact that the company is having a positive qr and we all know the coming qr will be good as well. If you have set a value for this stock when you enter and you have patience you win. if you everyday monitoring at the counter and follow the wind you already losing.
