you are wrong on bank dont want to finance their project...i do understand most of the bank has approved end financing for their bayan mutiara project to their buyer...its very normal in penang to launch a house before local authority approved the plann...the deposit will hold by lawyer under stake holder fund...the purpose is to capture buyer while waiting for approval...

i bought amedia by looking into eps at 7 cents & if pe of 4 (consider very low pe) TP about RM0.28. 10 cent profit not bad lah but must hold...somemore recommend by mr cold eyed...i more confident to buy & hold
