under banking rule bnm needs to supervise financial holding co like drb as it is major shareholder 70% stake

drb is a rojak companies, its own bank, pos, auto industry, construction & properties

drb can hv other viable option is by listing bank muamalat but this still need to reduce to 40% stake. this is the best option i think.

the current merger talk with mbsb may not turn good as drb want to take control & if not price offer too high

they hv until feb 2016 to do so
