PP will be listed tomorrow morning. Usually PP listing will cause stock to move up for a few days.
Now with boost from Oil price at USD60 and couple with bullish KLCI from budget 2018 and completion of PP
Hopefully tomorrow will see a gap up of 2 - 3 cents.

King Musang, you shouldn't ignore BIMB and just focus on PIB cause they use different valuation method.
Should consider:
Discount if below BIMB valuation
Fair Value if Between BIMB and PIB valuation
Premium if above PIB valuation.

Current TP adjustment is about RM0.16 every USD5/bbl.
But once Brent Crude Oil Hit USD75/bbl then TP adjustment will be RM0.15 for every USD1/bbl.
After Introduce output-cut, brent had been on uptrend from USD46/bbl to USD60/bbl. Highly possible that Brent may reach USD75/bbl by end of 2018 or early 2019 if it follow its current trend.

The reason why only increase by RM0.02 is because Sabah EOR is a 2C Contingent Resources. It need to be converted to 2P Reserves.
Once convert to 2P Reserves, the Target Price will go up to RM1.46 (base on USD60/bbl)

BIMB set TP = RM0.85 base on Brent Crude Oil at USD55/bbl
New TP for Hibiscus base on Brent Oil at $60/bbl = RM1.02
RM0.55 (Anasuria) + RM0.66 (Sabah) - RM0.22 (Opex) + RM0.03 (Net Profit) = RM1.02
New Price Target Upside = RM1.02 - RM0.685 = RM0.335
New Price Target Upside Percentage = 48.91%

Anyway Hibiscus beating most O&G counter by closing up 4c.
