asiv92 is right, there will be a 3rd tranche of PP soon. According the the report, multiple tranches is the best options to minimise share price dilution.

recently concluded Offshore Turnaround of the FPSO will assist us improve Facility Uptime.
The Group hopes to exceed the 85 % average Facility Uptime results achieved in FY2017 and
this in turn will improve daily oil production rates; and
• aggregate of current production and production from projects targeted to be executed in
2018 and 2019 is estimated to deliver up to 5,000 bbls/day of oil net to Hibiscus by FY2019
(from 3,204 bbls/day at the end of 4Q17).

Market very quiet today. Looks like only retail player in the market. Oil had been up since last week, but O&G counter had not really move yet.
