I think many ppl who said will hold until 40cent, some of them will dispose before that. But that is normal, ppl fear and want to earn faster, the price may not go up to 40cents due to the early disposer. However, 2nd wave may come and it will break 40cents. That's my prediction.

Look at the LTE development around the world. It is very promising and since Malaysia's mobile currently support 4G LTE, it is a trend that will become more and more common, which eventually will totally replace 3G. For instance, LTE in South Korea. So, the TP by RHB may not be too exaggerate for a long term investment. By long term, I mean in 1 or 2 years. Rm0.40 or above should be able to achieve by the end of this year.

Since the expired date is on 2017, there are many chances that it will raise above 0.10. But if you are a contra player, then now is a bit of risk, since we cant control the economy.
