There are reasons to support why this counter is undervalue.
1. Receipts in USD dollar and USD is strong
2. Rubber/ latex cost is stable
3. New plants to be provisioning in Q4 and double up the nitrite glove capacity
4. Upgrade existing plants to automation and reduce labour cost
5. Additional labour costs suffered in Q1 due to minimum wages policy will be transferred to customers in Q2.

They have similar earning and market share in the 4D market, no of magnum share is slightly i.e. 6% more than BJTOTO shares.
BJTOTO price is now at 418 * 94% (6% discount due to lesser number of shares), Magnum should be worth at least RM3.90.

Q2 earning shall be much better than Q1.
