The NAV is RM2.57 and the PE is low. There is no reason to sell to him at RM1.68. The takeover at RM1.68 is really not reasonable.

All, Although you can see the company keeps buying back its share and Tan Sri related co keeps selling its share. But in fact, the shareholding of Tan Sri is remained the same i.e. 73.++%.
It maybe a signal for share dividend.

10 cents is not bad - 6% ROI base on current share price.

But for long term, this counter has good potential to break RM2 at least. As the current share price does not reflect the actual value of the company compare to the NTA or PE.

The RHB stake already worth more than RM2/Share if OSK sold it in open market.

The deal looks funny and came in last min before election. The deal is unlikely to call off. My advice is 'don't be greedy'.

Although the recent financial result was not as good as last year, but EPS was still good. I think this share is still worth to keep.
