If there are some information that I am not revealing here, it is because I need to reserve those information to win the war between shorties and ikan bilis.

I already taught ikan bilis keep 3 sell 5 for the rights issue. The sell 5 is also considered some form of "Cutting Loss". Not really a cutting loss because we sold above 30 cents and buy back using same money at 30 cents.

I am fully aware that shorties will cause panic and create fake news to scare ikan bilis into cutting loss of their rights issue of 30 cents to sell to shorties....
However, there is no reason for ikan bilis to cut loss and sell even if shorties borrow shares from some sharks and sell down below 30 cents after rights issue...I am ready to ask ikan bilis to keep some casht to buy those shares shorties have borrowed and sell into the market at below 30 cents...

I am also aware that they are about 2.5-3 billion floating rights shares with cost of 30 cents that shorties want to target ikan bilis to panic cut loss to you....
We are all ready to buy shorties "Borrowed Shares" that push down to 30 cents below and keep for averaging lower than 30 cents....

BRENT OIL PRICE must hold above USD60 for them to proceed with major oil projects in 2019.
If BRENT OIL PRICE collapsed to USD40, all major planned oil projects will be deferred/ delayed.
Therefore it is very important to SAPNRG now as it depends on MEGAPROJECTS in DEEPWATER for it to go on with HIGHER CONTRACTOR PRICING...

In addition, the DRILLING RIGS sale/contracts/joint ventures are heavily dependent on the BRENT OIL PRICE....This is very very important!!!
SAPNRG must deal with LOSS MAKING DRILLING RIGS ONLY with higher BRENT OIL PRICES...
BRENT OIL PRICE IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!
