Since Najib's time 90% of CAPEX from Petronas goes to Pengerang under Dialog, making Dialog earning all the money from Petronas past 4 years.
All other Oil and Gas companies crashed except Dialog due to Petronas support.
Right now none of the local oil and gas can rely on Petronas on profitable projects already...
Petronas is basically useless to local oil and gas companies.
So no need to mention Petronas here...

What I mean is tomorrow and EGM day we can get much lower price than today...31/32....
Don't accuse wrongly on me!!!

Tts brother, there are few possibilities that can happen:
a) Market cheers the EGM which eliminates the uncertainty, rights issue confirmed, it jumps up ( as trader we buy tomorrow we sell post EGM)
b) Lots of resistance in Rights Issues, Rights Issue reduced or cancelled. Share price jumps to 60 cents if reduced. If cancelled, it could jump to 60 cents first then drop slowly back.
C) Rights Issues cancelled but Changed to later date, share price jumped up to 60 cents.

Looking at all 3 scenarios, high possibility it can jump post EGM with OMV on board.
Without OMV, if Rights Issue cancelled, it will drop to 20cents.
So a smart trader will start buying tomorrow and EGM day....

AS expected, the shark did last minute selldown before last trading...
It was supposed to happen yesterday but today it happened again...
So in this market reaction, they want to suppress the share price to 31/32 before EGM...
This is their plan...

This is usually the case
Other shareholders are already trapped High price so they have no choice but to support Rights Issues
I am attending EGM. So I will be there to see how is the condition
