The higher the price goes, the more confirmed is the Rights Issue. The lower the price goes, the less likely is the Rights Issue. rr88, Chow Pi Master, Betkaukau are right not to chase after this rise. It just means more Ikan bilis will be trapped to donate money for Rights Issue.

To answer Jermyn why Raja Shahril suspend trading at 9am to 10am for this announcement today:
Because the news has already leaked out and I posted it at i3 last Monday.
Raja Shahril shark has seen my posting already.
To prevent Ikan bilis from buying low, Raja Shahril announced it first, suspend trading, then when open for trading Raja Shahril shark sells to Ikan bilis first, then push down buy, then push up. This is what happened today trading whole day. Nothing Ikan bilis can trade to make money.

Well I already told Ikan bilis about the secret news coming last Monday. It was leaked out earlier...I did not expect Raja Shahril to announce it so fast this morning....
Today Shortkaukau is still on holiday. Raja Shahril shark came out hentam Kau Kau.
Tomorrow will still go up. See how Raja Shahril wants to take action....

Raja Shahril becomes Raja with help of UMNO policy, which was spearheaded by Tun Mahathir last time.
Since then, Money is King passed over from Raja Najib's time.
Raja Shahril did not work hard enough, only receiving money from market. Instead of generating money for market, he takes money from money, borrow money from market, without generating any money for the money.
Now the company is left with load of bad debt--> cash flow problems.
Starting to ask money from Tun Mahathir (PNB, KWAP. So far KSWP still rejects. This share price crash from RM1.30 crash to 40 cents were caused by EPF/KWSP pushing down short selling using bought Mokhzani's shares)
Ask money from banks later not granted.( Zeti put up the tightening credit)
Ask money from Ikan bilis, but sell down from 60 cents to 30 cents instead of pushing it up to RM1.
Then Raja Shahril said Sapnrg is a "SUCCESSFUL " Bumiputra company under Bumiputra scheme.
Now if Bursa with new Head agrees with the Rights Issue--> Lim Guan Eng, Bank Negara, Tun Mahathir have to be responsible for the approval.
So it is politics.
Let PH LoseKauKau. Baru Takut and cancel Rights Issue, or private placement 10% new shares to PNB much better than this Low priced High Volume Rights Issue.

Jermyn, it is not what you think. When you are a major shareholder, any singleshare you sell into market everybody will know. When everybody sees you sell own shares, market will not maintain RM4. Market will sell whenever major shareholders sell. So when Raja Shahril sells his 16% shares, his average selling price will drop to only RM1 instead of RM4. This is how market works. At less than 5% he sells, market will crash immediately to 30 cents. So he is only cheating when he said he could sell at RM4 to earn RM4 billion is only cheating naive Ikan bilis.

No jermyn, 10 years ago Raja Shahril's own capital of investment in Sapura Crest, and subsequently Sapnrg was only RM200MILLION-300million capital only. Over past 10 years Raja Shahril has gained 300%=30% investment return per year.
It is not right to assume highest share price RM4 crashing to 30 cents as "LOSS". Actually it was gain from RM300million to RM1billion cash...Hard CASH gains.

RM70million per year x10= RM700million cash taken out from Sapnrg and other joint Ventures before. Plus RM300million that he has now, Raja Shahril has RM1billion gain from Sapnrg gain( rough estimate)
This market price of 30 cents is the result of Raja Shahril taking out cash nonstop from Sapnrg.

Stupid Uncle Lim shark bought so many million ringgit Sapnrg at 34-35 cents. Now he cannot sell already. Got stuck there Uncle Lim is forced to pay the money to buy Rights Issue. If not the ones not buying will lose that cheaper Rights issue.
Now only have to wait until listing where massive amount of 30 cents will sell back to market.

After my explanations now Ikan bilis understand why Sapnrg share price is only 33.5 cents now. This is due to that massive Rights issue price of 30 cents expected coming to the market. Don't think 33.5 cents is cheap. 33.5 cents is actually very expensive!
So many available ones at 30 cents selling to the market on offer, cheap is below 30 cents. 33.5 cents is very expensive!!!

Since when this forum becomes a Praying Forum? Sharks here show no mercy. Uncle Lik is a useless shark. Fail to push up. RM500million only moves up 2 cents, what a joke!

OR is so worthless because MASSIVE AMOUNT of OR coming out!!! That is the problem.

OR if you hold, you pay 30 cents to get Sapnrg mother share. Add extra 1 into market. If you sell, many are selling because no money to pay Rights shares. Tonnes of OR will be selling in the market for 1-2 cents only. Share price now of 33 cents reflects = buy OR 2 cents, pay 30 cents, get 1 extra Sapnrg share. After getting it, Sapnrg market share price becomes only 25 cents. What is the point??? Extra work passing money here and there for bankers to earn money. Ikan bilis pay bankers, Ikan bilis pay Raja Shahril, Ikan bilis pay sharks. Only get 25 cents left after everything. What is the point???

You have to hold the warrant for many years. If you sell warrant early you lose the warrant price. Post listing there are tonnes of warrants waiting to sell to you at cheap price

Market will minus the free warrant price after you get the free warrant. Free warrant? Not free at all. All your money.

Post rights issue, all the shares will be worth only 20 cents. Why buy now? Above 30 cents are all expensive
