In my opinion, the management team is just fine if you look through their trailing ROE stability and the cashflow increment every year. Based on my calculation, this counter fair price should be around RM 12.60.

If added back the ECL back to their Profit Before Tax, actually it is much better than last year 3Q. ECL is very subjective, CIMB could get this money back in future.
