Nexgram控股有限公司（「本公司」或「Nexgram」）董事会谨此宣布，于二零一八年三月十二日，本公司已与江苏通光光缆有限公司（「江苏通光」）订立战略合作框架协议（「SCFA」）有限公司（「JTOCC」）是江苏同光电子线缆股份有限公司（「JTEWCC」）（一间于中国深圳上市之公司）的附属公司，据此，双方将于该领域进行全面业务（4G，5G）通信电缆，射频同轴电缆，航空航天耐高温电线电缆，铝合金电缆，海底光缆和其他光缆，包括产品研发，分销，在东南亚国家项目合资，维护和支持以及其他战略伙伴合作。马来西亚是JTEWCC集团的新市场。
根据市场和市场研究报告，全球电线电缆维护市场预计将从2018年的169.1亿美元增长到2023年的252.6亿美元，而亚太地区是最大的市场（参见注1网站）。根据Worldometer（2018年），东南亚人口达到6.55亿（即中国约14亿人口的一半）（参见注释2网站）。
SCFA为期一（1）年，续约将在未来达成共识。 Nexgram将成为马来西亚市场上唯一的JTOCC分销商和中心。
