Reduce NOSH but market capitalization is still the same, hence don't have good feel on such exercise:

NOSH: 5,665 Million (reduce by the ratio eg if share consolidation 20:1 then divide by 20)

It's hard to even get 0.04 now compared 2 days ago. Prefer it to sideways longer, like how you accumulate the energy and let it explode later.

Someone in another forum mentioned Vivocon has achieved the monthly bollinger band 200 WMA breakout which is a rare signal since it requires months or years to setup. And to consolidate above this 200 WMA is a good thing for longer term, unlike the short term run in majority penny stocks.

Many don't really observe that majority transaction done during the heavy volume past days is around 0.04. Hence doubtful that the operators made much money by exiting now. Again, always considering the "market maker" role in this, it is not surprising that they are the ones who will made the 'difference' money if price goes down later.

Consolidation: won't know for sure if price will go up or down. The undeniable fact is consolidation reduces outstanding shares of 5.6 billion (extremely huge) which is a good thing. Also it is no longer penny stock, hence allows institution investor to join the game later for any news/rumors/fundamentals pushup.

If price goes down after consolidation, only "market maker" would benefit from the fall. Existing shareholders (including insiders) will got hit badly again. Doesn't really makes sense from any point of view, unless there is other advantages of the price falling after consolidation?

Another reason can think of is to have another round of washing to clear off the so-called strong holders. The psychological effect of having share price fall after consolidation is more damaging than letting the current price now to fall down to bottom rock of 0.005.

Stockiss: best is for you to do own analysis. I used to do this by keeping track of potential counters with rumors/news and with incoming volumes in an excel sheet. I note down the daily volume, price and movements so can buy if the potential is there based on the analysis.

I did this during the Sumatec/Ifcamsc era, and got my own conclusion from it. No one is going to give you a 'correct' answer here, especially at this time of prevalent scam in this social media age.

Latest QR report has not been audited, so anything goes. Even with the positive results, again no institutional investor is interested at all. This shows how hard it is to move such a tarnished counter with 5 billion shares and tiny capital.

Upcoming September QR should be in negative due to 2 months inactivity from mid March to early May. Unless company can say billings are good from previous milestones etc etc.

Calvin, seasoned investors know that articles promoting 'proven' winning picks like PMCORP etc etc, is a red flag. True genuine good article that speaks to your inner voice does not need 'proof', it resonates with you instantly.

The info from his articles has such depth, it boggles the mind to think that a 'normal' retailer could obtain the info in such short amount of time.

The only logical reason Calvin promoted so many unloved, beaten down, cold counters is this - brokerage/stamp duty fees for the firms. Not to say his investing preaches is not good, but too many of the same just raises flags here and there.

Like how a criminal is proven guilty with only circumstantial evidence, so is Calvin to be proven a 'handler' with personal agendas with so many in-depth articles coming out of the blues.

From 'real' friends feedback, own trials, hearsay from the older generation (parents etc), investing group, I almost never hear anyone mentioning a 'big' win from cutting loss and jumping into other hoping for a quick recuperation of the losses.

Long term investing, buying low, with some fundamentals as support, and of course luck is some real examples of winning in the market. True from own experience and friends.

More importantly is the fund that you used in the market. Are those your extra funds? Margin? Or emergency one?

Maybe normal investors who got free warrants don't convert as it need cash to exercise, and also a delay due to the conversion process, so instead just sell the warrants for an immediate profit.

Those who believe in the company especially the directors, converts warrants not only to sell mother at profit, but also injects cash into the company. This could be a good sign because unless they believe in the company's future, I don't think the directors themselves will fork out millions of ringgit to exercise the warrant.

If you have free warrants, and only need to fork out RM1.65 to get a confirm trade at more than RM2.6 now, would you be holding it or selling it? Based on current and projected economy outlook.

Don't forget that Dow Jones (global market driver) is overvalued at the moment, and has been overvalued for some time already even before Covid-19.

Trive will not move without news and share accumulation (based on historical goreng pattern). Currently operator let it fall to 0.005, this shows there is zero support from players. The range bound play 0.005 - 0.01 for past months is either for market maker to earn the 'difference' or to block retailers from buying 0.005 and sell 0.01.

Only player there is Sanston Financial Group (Tan Li Sin who bought 100 mil share) and could also be the same investor for recently completed 700 mil placement share). Altogether this 800 mil share is worth maybe around RM5 million or less, definitely not enough for any goreng.

AT invested in Trive is for potential solar business support, don't think there is any ripple effect here. If want to look into AT's links, other related counters has higher potential to be next target.

Based on latest annual report, Trive's solar division is not making much, its property venture was halted, recently purchased Persoft Tower does not look promising, only good thing is the cash on hand and little borrowings... forget about the Hubei JV and SPNB which seems fake...
