Actual story 1: timeline for remaining $25million rights issue proceeds from 2018 has ended in August 2020. No announcement has been made which means probably utilized for investment. Either that or Bursa close one eye and didn't force them to announce what are they going to do with it. Or probably just vanished into the pockets of directors.

Actual story 2: no updates of Coneff court case against Vivocon since early March 2020. Maybe due to MCO/Covid19 so the case has been delayed or on hold.

Stockraider: I invested in so-called safe risk investment by a big and famous global bank (***C) but is totally outside of your control (not share market). That time did not know about stock market hence put most savings there (outside of emergency funds). Was good in the first few years, then the great China slump years back causes the investment to lose out big. Very coordinated moves by the elite banks/investment players if you ask me especially the timing.

Then later join stock market and started into speculative shares by listening to rumors (even from so-called insider news). Got burnt again and stop buying anything for few years.

Mr Tralala, negative comments I think mostly is to deter people from buying into this share. Also to point out to existing holders of historical data. Without these comments, I believe the majority will simply invest without even a single effort of research.

Decision still your call. Hard to say what is the right action because the invested amount is different for individuals.

Need to remember that stock market is one of the financial tool/trick by the minority elites to drain the majority's money since centuries ago. Eg. consolidation can 'magically' increase Net Asset Per Share NAPS from 0.08 to 0.80

Post consolidation when the price drops back to 0.045, people would say this share is having a big discount to its NAPS (Share Price 0.045 of NAPS 0.80). But in fact it's because of past consolidation, see the magic here?

Very good positive analysis to balance up the stock market so that more people are aware that it's all controlled in stock market, you can almost never win big in this financial tool by the elites to drain your money since hundreds of years ago. As the saying goes 'don't reinvent the wheel'.

Let's share my thoughts as well since it's already months back on my last prediction posted here.
Once consolidation happens, brace for more corporate news especially bonus issue or rights issue. Why?

In an event where insider holders not able to let go of their shares prior to consolidation, they are stuck with huge number of shares. And they will be subjected to the falling knife after consolidation similar to any other non-insiders. Which means the impact to them is greater than non-insiders since the wipeout in their share value is way bigger than any of the individual non-insiders.

Hence to counter this, I can think of bonus issue to recover back in terms of shares, or call for rights issue to recover back in terms of cash. The bonus issue option requires more planning as it need to involve more steps in the plan, but the rights issue option is pretty straightforward and easier. Probably there are more options as the insiders are the master of the game, not you, not me or not any other big non-insiders.

Anyway, looking at this Vivocon's historical modus operandi (also check its brother EAH for some insights), brace for big wipeout of your share value. May god and the universe bless us all.

Set buy queue at 0.005 to collect some for at least double profit. Likely cannot get due to shark's big block. If get, wait for shark to push price up prior to consolidation date. Big chance to win if can get 0.005 but advisable to invest little only due to nature of penny stock and director's relation to other group of lousy penny companies.

Serbadk not in the EP upstream or downstream business, they are more into O&M and EPCC which means they are like 2nd tier O&G players.

Like how 2nd tier glove counters supports the main glove companies, Serbadk provides products and services to the real O&G players (another example is Sapura Energy). That's why no matter oil price is up or down, O&G companies will still require maintenance and repair of equipment & facilities, and other related services.

Best thing is they venture into upcoming IT tech online/analytic services, not a surprise if one day Serbadk goes into cloud business! If only they can venture into China ICT business!

With so many corporate announcements today, should expect brighter future moving forward:
- New ex director from Milux (appliances company)
- New datin as director (has construction and engineering background)
- New listing of bumiputera private investor submitted to bursa
- New ESOS in effect to encourage/motivate key personnel
- Net cash company for new business ventures!

Since latest annual report did mentioned the laundry biz has total shut down during MCO period, any selldown or bad QR should already be expected. Any run up is just pure luck or syndicate's plan that is out of our control. Don't let the red market spoil your day guys!

K1 looks to be similar to BCMALL pattern, but can see more potential in BCMALL (few catalysts).

K1 has only one catalyst which is the NASA ventilator news, even so it's not a fully healthcare counter. Its technology area is more on IT services, hence also not fully a TECH counter where most other tech counters are currently riding on the NASDAQ uptrend.

Am monitoring this together with BCMALL.
