Without such support, the cronies here have no choice but to resort to the slow and painful death strategy above.

If consolidation happens, all sharks and gang will also get hit. Hence prediction is that to make up for the 10 times reduction in shares, there may be bonus issue to recover back some of the shares. After that the gang will keep on buying as the price being pressed down non-stop, as they are well aware of the final game plan. Hence their holdings are back to normalized position again.

For non-gang and retailers, once the 10x reduction happens, even with subsequent bonus issue, the price will keep on dropping. Hence slowly their shares will turn into toilet paper and finally let go at huge loss.

Post consolidation value is 100,000 x 0.035 (after months of waterfall again) = $3,500
Effectively you are as good as dead here!

Using consolidation to increase NA per share, what a tool.

When it drops back to super penny price after consolidation/RI, people would say this share is having a super big discount to its NA! But in fact it's because of past consolidation!!

When a share consolidation exercise does not benefit the minority shareholders, then it's just another financial trick or tool via the marketplace.

If company want to have honest good old way to push up the price, doing nothing but just consistently performing with good quarter results is already more than enough.

Best is many still believe the stock market is a free marketplace, but the occult says differently.

Something to ponder about if you are one of those who subscribed to the 2018 RI:
- If you think the price will go down another round, sell the RI portion (cost is 0.025). At least protect this part of the capital at a profit.

As the saying goes 'The tiger cannot change its stripe as this is his nature'.

Opinion is that the same gang will never change their modus operandi and you can never win against the hungry tiger bare-handed in his own cage. Don't forget there may be another round of RI fund raising in the game plan later. The capital that you protected earlier can then be used to subscribe another round to average down at a great discount, but don't use the profit here!


- If you think the price will go up for whatever reason, just hold till death do you part haha.

Got another take on the consolidation/RI if it happens. It's a positive angle at least for me. Will share this view once consolidation news is out, if it happens. For now, just ride along while watching grass grow and wait for announcement of the 2018 $25 millions RI proceeds.

Current situation: insufficient shares

Plan: trigger negative news of consolidation/RI, price can go up or down depending on gang's share situation after news is out

Objective:
1. trigger another round of waterfall as a psychology attack to big old holders since they are used to the current price level even if it falls to 0.005. Options for the big holders:
a. sell (gang wins by collecting your shares)
b. subscribe RI (gang wins by collecting your money)
c. don't do anything (tremendous psychology impact due to the price having much more room to fall in a SLOW and PAINFUL death)
2. trigger another round of the most cruel way to raise fund via RI
3. once the dust settles, if still insufficient shares are collected, sustain for few more years using RI money before the next plan
4. if sufficient shares collected, prepare for a new pump and dump plan

In all the situation above, this is a truly cruel battlefield that the big holders (note: non-gang) don't even stand a chance. Best of luck to everyone!

Own summary of the term market maker (note that this is legalized and not your usual idea of operator/shark/market maker manipulation etc):
- main job is to provide liquidity in the market
- also to prevent large price gap up or gap down since they set the opening buy/sell bid
- earn the different by buying from you when you panic sell, then sell back to you when you chase high (they buy lower, and sell higher here): this point also explains the scenario when they press down for you to panic sell and push up for you to chase high
- can sell to you even without having actual stock, this is the 'loan' scenario. However, they need to buy back the 'loaned' stock within a certain timeframe (this timeframe is not mentioned anywhere at all so can assume a very long period): this also explains the scenario where they can play with you for years and years
- earn some commission from this job function

HighFive: please read some Chinese articles or google the term 'market maker' and how they put out all the so called huge buy/sell queue bid (as part of their legalized job). This is not the short selling etc that most know about, but a different side of the market world which many don't even bother to care.

That is why so many people got stumped by those huge buy/sell queue out of nowhere that cannot be explained and then start saying many sellers, many buyers etc, but my guess is this is the work of them in cahoots with the sharks. Just a simple 15 minutes of your time to put your google skill to work! The info is really out there for you to find out.

This is also why staring at those queues don't bother me as much when suddenly huge buy/sell bid appears or disappear 'magically'.
