Yes, they will save 18m interest a year that will immediately turn the company into the black and also the utilisation of fleet will increase; but that scenario had been premised on Dec last year when crude oil was trading around $60, but now with the Coronavirus and crude oil is at around $50, we have to think twice before subscribing

BullRun_93 Don't you think Dato' Karem is a nice and generous guy by taking over SCIB and KPower @1.1 and 1 respectively when both counters were languishing around .4 to .5 ? infact he could have taken advantage of the weak market sentiment and pressed down the G.O. price 50% had he wanted to..! Moreover in the KPower's offer document he had spelt out all the future business he was going to do with KPower eventho he was not compelled to reveal; this had put him at a disadvantage as many shareholders after reading these would not accept the G.O. He is kind hearted enough to let lots of shareholders to keep holding the shares and grow with the company. I have been in stock market for about 30 years and so far Dato' Karem is the most generous, magnanimous, kind-hearted corporate leader !
