The same analyst is going to change his report when the tender results roll out by the end of June. These guys are humans too, just because they are in a position to analyze and make their ends meet, they are not privileged to interpret the data accurately or even better than you and I. Believe in your own guts and analysis, after all, its your hard earned money, not some random analyst who works for the bank.

Well, if we consider the upcoming projects and dive deeper to the financial, we will realize that they will be in need for lots of capital to realize the future earning. They could either take loans or issue shares to get it. If you dont see them taking loans in the next QR, they would probably issue more shares that will dilute the EPS and bring down the price to a comfortable level.
IMHO, i will wait for a lower P/E, but then again, it depends on the upcoming market sentiment on renewable energy.

@karadis Lost my ticket at 1.70 long time ago. Old story, heard from discussion groups that the team which make the mask was very determined. Not sure whether it is true / not, but internal politics made them to step down when the price was above 1.60. Ever since the CFO took over, with no announcements or future strategy the price drop so badly. Yeah, investors lost votes. Jialat liao..they did not make hay when the sun was still up.

Prolexus missed their chance to capitalize the advantage they had through product RnD team earlier. With decreasing garment orders (due to less strategic location) and mask sales (due to vaccines), they will have to shrink their operation cost to survive through.
