The problem is the singapore entity. The sabah opposition is always shouting "sabah for Sabahans". This cud b a rallying point for them. The forestry Dept is looking to expand its holdings so unless pworth says it has been okayed, I'm staying away.

Kuff, couldn't get the edge page for some reason. Was sunsuria on the list? Mr Tan, I try and buy shares on or below what the directors buy. There was no buying on friday. Was it because the are waiting for the contra players to sell off?

Always follow the money or the paper trail. Start when Datuk joined the company and work forward from there. It is a good company but what I am always afraid of is that the small investors will nearly always get screwed. The QL Resources is an interesting part, they are looking to expand their interests away from their core business. They can't keep all their eggs in one basket, sorry bad pun.

no,but if u look at datuks shareholding plus the other directors, shareholders plus ql resources subsidary, ruby technique it adds up to over 70% of shareholding. Ripe for takeover.

datuk Ter increasing his shareholding. At this price it might be better to take over and delist. More profit for him in the future. He has already bought over the subsidiary.

The project next to this jv is a yayasan sabah project which has started. It comprises of convention center and hotel so they might want that to get off the ground first. I sold out.

Ben is not the problem if u look at the reclamation map, its the large island being formed for the housing. Its far too close to the sing security fence. I've been down there. Don't blame the sings.
