The company revenue, cash flow and balance sheet is pretty healthy, their challenge for year 2020 is cost management. The company are facing higher cost components and logistic cost during first quarter. For impairment on PPE, let see if these could reverse on following qr, it could be a big bonus to current price if it's reversed.

@Ramktisa, Yes anything can happen, but we invest with strategy. In case if it really drop below 0.45 not because of market crash, then just cut loss, it's additional 15% losses from current price.

Bear my words, I would say you got no chance to collect below NTA 0.45 the hardcore resistance. Most of the panic sellers has been cutting losses for last few days even before qr release and with ss suspended, speculators have no chance man.

@MingGoon, be careful to invest with the 3 counters that you mentioned. Oil counters has too much uncertainty plus tomorrow is the expiry of June WTI contract. Not to denied that glove makers and HC is doing very well due to demand but it has been overpriced, some has been surge 10x, but did them able to pick up their revenue/profit > 10x? No comment on properties, it will take longer time to recover.

I think the company has projected the estimation loss of earnings for year 2020 into the impairment on PPE. Go and look around all the other industry like airlines, entertainment, industrial and bet if they have guts to do the same impairment of not lol

I bought in Krono because seeing the company might doing well post covid-19 pandemic. Strong believe the business like surveillance and security, cloud-based data management, laboratory technology and etc will be leading economics after this crisis.

By the way, wonder how the impairment justified? Anyone might to share knowledge or example on the PPE impairment and what it's different with the assets depreciation?

Just simply does the comparison vs last year Q1 results, can found that net cash generated from operating activities of RM5.1mil compared to last year Q1 of -RM8.5mil and debt ratio is also decreasing ~6.8% even with the impairment of PPE.

who's the gooshen in this counter? Btw, this co fundamental consider quite strong with low debt and high liquidity of cash flows, pandemic outbreak still capable to generate net cash of 5.9mil from operations compared to previous 2018/2019 quarter with losses.
