林刚河对记者们说了什麽话？看来也很再意，有基金经理批评整个企业重组计划，就是要用有现金有业务的怡克伟士，来＂拯救＂没有盈利，负债累累的依海城。

林刚河表示，他对市场的反应感到吃惊，更否认整个计划是＂拯救计划＂。

他反问：「这不是拯救计划，重组之後，我还是持有依海城（IWCITY）的38%股权，难道不是吗？」

一名持有怡克伟士的基金经理在重组计划宣布後，决定卖出怡克伟士，同时直接批评林刚河用一家有现金和盈利的上市公司，去拯救自已控制的高债务没有盈利上市公司。

林刚河提出辩护，他说，他持有怡克伟士的50%股权，他是第一个不肯签署不合理合约的人，因为若重组不合理，最受伤的是我自已。

他表示，重组之後，怡克伟士可控制依海城股权，并参与依海城的发展。

依海城在柔佛州有1052英亩土地，林刚河认为是宝石，然而分析员认为，有关土地要带来利益，需要很长的时间。

林刚河表明，他最先要做的是把依海控股IPO上市，到时价值释放，对三家公司股东都有好处。

林刚河的解释，表面来说是合情合理，然而市场却是现实的，很多投资者已＂出逃＂，卖掉怡克伟士。

在庞大的卖压之下，怡克伟士还会进一步深跌吗？投资大众失去信心，散户被＂整＂了两次，怡克伟士还会吸引人投资吗？

面对多变的老板和大股东，投资者要长久持有怡克伟士，看来是不容易的事
