AlanKulai2015 AirAsia will be giving special dividend of RM1.27, seems is very attractive, but the major share holder is fooling the investors.

They announced on 01-Apr-2016, that offer of special right issue at RM1.84 (555 million unit of AirAsia Ordinary Share, value of RM555 million ) to Tune Live (AirAsia 2 major share holders).

The deal was completed on 16-Jan-2017:

Invested RM1.84, within less than 1 year, they can get the special dividend of RM1.27, Return of Investment 70% (less than 1 year), it is really making fools on investors.

With this type of easy money transaction, I think after 1 or 2 years, again they will propose for special right issue to reduce bank debt or purchase of bigger aeroplanes.

In order to protect a small share holder like us, I strongly request all the AirAsia share holder to reject this special dividend of RM1.27

I get out even when I manage to earn 1k only. Should be able to earn more than 1k but I know very well, when KYY is in here, l better get out even when my profit is as small as 1k only.
