Bhaiya. I held them a few years oredi. Do not intend to hold any longer. By this year it will go back to rm3. I will dispose all shares. Invested too much and too long oredi. Since early 2000. From GBH to Tebrau Teguh and now Iwcity.

Even without BM the company bought their land at over rm2 psf only. With iskandar initiatives how much is psf of land cost in JB?
