Anzo’s wholly-owned subsidiary Harvest Court Construction S/B was appointed as the main contractor for the work of revitalization of Hot Spring, Selayang, Batu Caves, Selangor. The project, which is worth MYR10.2m, is expected to be completed by 9 Jan 2019. Note that this is a related party transaction.

With this job win, the group has secured MYR119m worth of jobs YTD, which is equivalent to 9.6x FY3/17 revenue. In May, the group was also appointed as the main contractor for Phase 2 of the Porto De Melaka Hotel and Resort development (contract value: MYR109.3m).

It appears that Anzo is aggressively building up its pipeline. Recently, it has entered into a collaboration agreement (CA) to develop a 2.87 acres land at Petaling Jaya into a car showroom center with four blocks of office tower. It also entered into another CA to develop an e-commerce fulfilment hub. In Apr, the group also received a letter of intent from KL Northgate for the development of Paragon@KL Northgate which has an estimated contract value of MYR1.2b.

With a construction order book of MYR311.3m, the CAs and LOI mentioned above, Anzo is set to build a stronger footing for FY3/18. Note that the group has finally returned to black in 4QFY3/17 after 16 consecutive quarters of losses.

Valuation wise, the stock is trading at 1.8x P/BV, higher than its 3-year historical average P/BV of 1.4x. Note that warrants are not included in BV/sh computation as they are out-of-the-money. Despite the rich valuation, interest on the stock should improve going forward as Anzo is poised for a turnaround.

If rights issue has been priced in, the stock cannot price in rights issue 2 or 3 times. I have to stress this as very stupid people have been investing in this stock.

Its already oversold. The stock price plunged due to dilution of shares costing 0.20.
The latest good QR and a number of recent good announcements have not been pricecd in yet. Timing does not matter much. If the stock price is too low, it will condolidate.

I did not buy Anzo OR. It was given to me free when i bought the share before. i subscribed at 0.20.
But investment always involves risk. After it was given to me free, a lot of good new announcements were released.

Apollo Ang, that is not a correct way of pricing the stock. A lot of people here give misleading information to investors. Be careful. That's a problem.

The way you calculate is similar to an arbitage way, but very different.

If you want to calculate the stock price with your method, "No Risk" must be assumed.

For instance if you buy a stock at x dollar, and then sell it at y dollar, does x have to be equal to y? As there is risk of buying the stock, x does not have to be equal to y.


Moreover, Anzo-OR's initial price was 0.045.

i3invester, you sound like a newbie. Rate hikes in the US three times in 2017 are expected. Even if a rate hike happens in June, no more rate hike may be expected this year. You can buy the stock tomorrow. If you plan to sell the stock at RM 0.3, it's perfectly fine to buy the stock at the current price. Its undervalued. Rights Issue has been priced in fully.

CariDuit, your comment is misleading. I lost USD 4,200 for trading Anzo as far as I remember. The stock plummeted after the announcement of rights Issue But the loss may be offset by subscribing to rights issue at RM 0.20.

Think about this problem. Suppose Stock A's price will drop to RM 1.5 after 10 days. The stock price is currently RM 2.0. Do you think all investors will sell the stock after 9 days? That is one day before the stock price will be RM 1.5. I don't think so.
Most investors will sell the stock earlier.

You should know the concept of price in.

I think the stock will rebound soon. The stock has been in a range recently.

After the latest QR the attractiveness of the stock increased greatly. The net profit in the latest QR was 3rd best in the last ten years. The net profit before the latest QR was the best in the last 10 years. The latest QR shows the company can make a good profit consistently.

The P/E is still too low for tech stocks. It has much room to consolidate. P/E if 15 or 16 would be appropriate.
