How the announcement in the revised Budget will impact Gadang? The only possibility is MRT2 and HSR....but these projects will promote growth and i doubt it will get scaled down or postponed

epf is represented in the Board and in the privileged position to know the current and future state of this old refinery.

the question is why epf keeps dumping the shares and Shell wants to sell its controlling stake while some investors here keep saying buy buy...points to ponder
