I have faith in this counter. There was speculations of bonus b4. If the land in Masai are evaluated, then the NAV will sky-rocket!!! Come on KSeng Management, don't be so conservative!!!

No doubt KSeng is a good company with large cash reserve and huge land bank of great commercial potential in Masai area. Somehow the management is rather conservative. There has been talks about bonus issue almost a year already, but not materialised!! Hopefully this time round, it will happen!!
