A&W and now a surge in cocoa prices plus the fact that insiders are buying its shares, doesn't this just have incredible upside moving forward. Watching this closely.

This has a potential to spike during the coming quarter plus it's a proper stock with upside given their business ventures.

Fundamentally still a good company with positive upside moving forward.

They invested heavily in human resources and headcount for various business channels in prior years and we should be seeing a turnaround soon. Looking at the diversity in terms of product selection it is unlikely that they'll find themselves in a Body Shop scenario which is diversification done right. Their products also are a lot more affordable I find with business channels that are waiting to be tapped. The relatively low number of shares issued would also mean greater upside and momentum moving forward with possibly some investments being diverted to promotion and advertising in order to create more noise in their newer brand partnerships. Looks poised for a good couple of years given the decent balance sheet and director confidence towards the company and brands they carry.

Picorp has a very strategic asset in the form of ALS Technichem. They're involved in heavy metal and environmental sample analysis. Now there aren't many players within that sector and the majority of private diagnostic labs refer samples to ALS for heavy metal screen, two other notables are Kbiocorp and Niosh. Niosh and Kbiocorp aren't very popular with the OH doctors as they're more comfortable with the SI unit and report presentation by ALS. ALS is an attractive acquisition target looking at TPG backed PAH trying to plug all the gaps but they in their own right have the capacity to deliver as more and more companies are allocating budget for heavy metal analysis. What would the future hold for Picorp? Only time will tell.

Now with the consolidation exercises going on within the private market, this is certainly an attractive stock to own given KPJ's geographical distribution within Malaysia and at this stock price it looks like a prime acquisition target, since now it's mostly about IHH vs HLB-TPG. Anyone who acquires KPJ would certainly gain the leading standing in terms of market share within the country. If you look at it from that perspective, KPJ sits pretty while waiting for suitors to slip it a glass slipper.

huge upside potential especially given the relatively low number of shares issued. Positives seen with company directors purchasing shares aggressively in the not too distant past.
