The tax reduction of 13,% will greatly benefit Hibiscus. I'm not able to quantified the benefits of the other incentives. Mayb some tax expert can share. I think the repsol purchase might also benefitted from the budget 2022.

To me as long as oil is above $80, it is good enough.
Most important to me is what will be the IRR for the repsol asset. If not mistaken the CFO mentioned generally the IRR is 3 yrs. So with oil at $80 helps hibiscus to paid off within 1 & 1/2 yrs or less?
I don't worry about the $1 price fluctuation. Just mk sure it is above 80 and below 90. That is the sweet spot.

Is there more crps? I think no more. I think they HV converted 90+%. The extension was those balance. Correct me if I'm wrg. Again,my feeling my feeling is many ppl bought at 95c to Rm1. So if now price goes down, sure they will run. Like Chinese saying, see ghost once u not scared dark? Again, I believed fundamentally it has changed better n oil price still high. There are many ppl previously bought between 95c to Rm1 and stuck So, when price return to this level, of course many will sell as they afraid to get stuck again later.

But fundamentally it has changed as compare to the time when they bought back then. It has change for better. Production increase by 3 times. Back then with low oil price and low production, they still survive and remain profitable, shouldn,'t now be much better?

Anyway, hibiscus nd to clear RM 1 for it to go higher. It nd to capitalise on high oil price and go higher to regain investor confident

TG Annual report got to say how much production capacity and then u can use the annual revenue/production capacity. Do it for 5 yrs and u get the average loh. I base on historical data oh. Indeed YTD 2021 revenue is RM14.3B and production capacity is 94.3B gloves (94.3 million boxes). This is equal to RM152/box which is about USD 37. If you did the same for 2018 and 2019, the ASP is RM 70-80.
