I like to do swing trade (sell high, buy low), but I will only do that when there is a very clear signal. i.e sudden bad market sentiment, or a very huge sell down by operator. For now, I can tell you, not yet.

Remember, Bintai last 2 Q combined EPS is 7.88cts, Mitra 7.49cts, Mitra share price is RM1.8 now, Bintai only 0.3cts.

skyland, even if you discount 50% of my mid term TP of RM1.20, that will be around your TP of 0.6. Hihihi, actually, I am happy already lah if can hit 0.6, warrant will 0.5. :)

If good market sentiment continue, 0.4 for mother and 0.3 son should be easily achieve in the short term 1-2 week.

Seow Meng brought up a good point, I think the current price is still very safe to buy, buy mother @ 0.3 (with a cut lost 0.27), buy warrant at 0.17 (with a cut lost of 0.15), downside is indeed very minimum, but upside is unlimited.

If Bintai's next 2 Q results is consistent, by year end the EPS will be around 15 cents, with PE8, the share price should be around RM1.2 and warrant RM1.

This is possible, here is why:

1) Weaker RM vs SDG, Bintai benefits from currency gain on weak RM. The last 2 QR show that there is RM1m gain on currency, prior to this, there is either negative or no gain at all on this line item, with SDG continue to strengthen (to RM2.8 lately), I foresee this gain is going to increase. Furthermore, 2/3 of the current RM1.8B order book is from Singapore projects.

2) Bintai gross margin is around 10-12%, if Bintai revenue can maintain at above RM150m, the gross margin will be around RM18m, the operating expenses is around RM8-10m, and financing cost is RM1m, plus the above currency gain, profit of RM7-8m can be achieve if rev stand above RM150m, this is again very possible due to increasing order book of RM1.8b. The current order is able to keep Bintai busy for 2-3 years with average Rev of RM150m.

3) Management is very optimistic about the future prospect:

a) the 60% right issue subscription from Ong family is a strong proof of their confident of the company.

b) In the recent QR, the management stated their view of the company prospect as below:

"The group will continue to scale new heights on the near future based on the holistic business and corporate strategies. The Group will continue to scout for strategic business acquisitions and opportunities within Asia to create synergistic business collaboration while maintaining a competitive edge and sustainable growth in the rapidly evolving market."

Sharing on something that I read one of the blog, very similar to my strategy.

我无意中发现当我赚到钱的一个规律，要想赚到钱，“必须要敢重仓”。我一般是在底部看好一只股票基本上就重仓，如果不是，顺势加码持股也就逐步达到重仓了。这样，一拨行情下来赚个20%——40%很容易。
　　但是，过去是见到大盘上涨明朗后才开始敢大买，而涨了点就卖，大盘继续涨，就在热点板块跳来蹦去频繁地买卖赚点差价操作忙个不休，或者手中分散持股几只，这样到最后一般是赚了指数不赚钱。
　　应该是在底部区域看准机会，必须重仓，敢于重仓这是改变自己的收益的关键问题。这就是看对时要有赚大钱的豪情，看错时要有及时止损的果断。

When I said Bintai is a dark horse back then, some ppl laugh at me, but I keep believe in Bintai, fine tune my strategy after Murali highlighted my blindspot in the right issue. And buy big time on 18 June, make 6 digits in just 3 days !!!!

The volatility of Bintai for the past few weeks is mainly due to the bad market sentiment and also the May right issue offered @ 0.2 with free warrant, market is expecting a quick profit taking after the new share release to the market on 18 June, that's why you can see the price kept dropping when approaching 18 June. But I think the worst is over after 18 June, and also majority of the right issue were subscribed by the Ong family (director) and Kenyalang Property, I think the profit taking from the rest of the right issue subscriber should be likely over by now. Of course we still have the bad market sentiment going forward.

Fortunebullz, I like this sentence "If you are good, probable you don't need it! But if you are bad, you only double or triple your bad luck", very true.

I am reading the QR in detail, and found out a few points that make me believe that Bintai last 2 quarters good profit is very much sustainable, I believe Bintai yearly EPS will be easily hit 15-20 cents in another 2 quarter time, so it share price to go above 0.65cts is not a problem at all, in fact RM1 is possible as well. I will share more detail tomorrow after I summarize my finding.

As I mentioned, the warranty is so so so attractive !!!!!
