Normally when director selling, you have to analyze the number of share they dispose vs. their holding, how frequent they dispose. Also the price movement after they dispose, he dispose on 28 May, but 29 May price continue to go up strongly, nothing to worry.

Also, some time director dispose their share to operator for them to help goreng the counter.

Opensys recent high is 0.475 during Aug 2014, at last year EPS, that price is trading at PE20, that was before the explosive growth. Technology/BPO counter can trade as high as PE 25-30 which is acceptable. At current EPS of 0.3, PE20 will mean opensys can easily hit 0.6, and if you use forward PE, 0.7-0.8 is quite possible as well.

Opensys consistently grow in revenue and profit in last 5 years, and a big jump in rev and profit in Q12015, more importantly, I don’t think this is a one off contract as I think Opensys growth in CRM and BPO is sustainable, see below detail from QR and Annual Report:

• The profit is higher was mainly due to the higher revenue achieved from the sales of the Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

From Annual Report, Chairman’s Statement:

The penetration rate of CRMs currently stands at a mere 4 percent of the installed base. • Besides our CRM success, OpenSys provides business process outsourcing (BPO) for bill payment kiosks to utility, insurance and telecommunication companies in Malaysia. I am so kind to advise you not to top up at 0.29-0.3 level before my vacation, remember, yet this is how you see me, very disappointed with you.

One thing I learned recently, whatever we talk, share and recommend here in i3 is not going to make a impact to the share price lah, when it want to drop, it will drop, regardless how confident or how loud you shout, you guys were shouting so loud last week right, but yet price still drop to 0.255 due to bad market sentiment. So, no point to urgue lah.

Actually, I read thru the annual report, the Chairman statement mentioned the same challenge on O&G contract, the Tanjung Bin project is huge (around RM80m) and if they can't find the similar project this year, not sure they can sustain the same result in 2014.

But again, short term play is ok, long term holder you have too monitor the progress, don't blindly hold this stock.

Actually, i like Alpha Trader sharing, at least he provided facts and explanation to supports his recommendation, thanks Alpha Trader. My view on tanjung bin contribution is that is it only going to happen in the next QR, if what he claim is true, so i still think that Frontkn can still "play" for next 2-3 months since this round QR is quite good, not excellent. I observed that the operator is pretty much in this counter, i guess they will still want to push it to 0.35-.04.

A lot ppl just want to hear positive comments when you are in a counter, to me, this is really a "bad habit", you really have to listen objectively to all sharing and make you judgment. I guess when i shared that i sold @ 0.3-0.32 and went for a vacation due to bad market sentiment, some ppl will think that why tkp1 a strong believer in Frontkn want to do that, i just try to quote an example here.

Now that i am back from my vacation, i am going to play second round on this counter, managed to load 5k lots @ 0.255 last Friday, but come this Monday, i will all in again, buy additional 10k lots because of i sold at 0.32, so my total capital allow me to buy roughly 1.5m shares (my original shared is only 1.2m), after 3 round of swing trade, not trying to show off here, but just a sharing of how you can take advantage of market crisis to do swing trade to lower your average, provided you are trading a good counter like Frontkn.

My view on the QR is very positive, improved cash flow, less liability, improved profits margin, overall, i think the grow momentum is still pretty much intact, my short term TP is 0.35-0.4.

Looking forward to enjoy the ride with all of you until 0.4.

Brother bintang, I have actually close my position for Frontkn this morning. Not that I am not confident with this stock, just that the overall market sentiment is bad, and I will bring my gf to go vacation, so no time to monitor, so closed it first, still with my 6 digits profits, so I am happy. My advise to you is don't keep average up at this level, it will keep you average price higher, monitor the market sentiment first, don't go against the trend. My strategy to all in is suitable at the beginning of the uptrend, current price I will not all in, don't be so certain about the QR, anything can happen. But, no right or wrong, you might be right. After this round of correction, so many under value stock to trade, huhuhu, can't wait. I will pick a 5 star stock to all in again. If Frontkn QR is good, will play for second round after my vacation.
