Will it be possible the quarter earning maintain 6.5cents for the rest of the year?
Then annualise the earning become 26cents. With the normal PE of 6.5, fair value become around RM1.70?

hb should rise 1 c with every 7 points drop in ci, today drop 28 points, hb should rise 4c.
May b a lot people think rebound is near or waiting further drop.

with premium 20%, hb should be 0.31 now, 28c is trading at ci 1693 zero premium.

brent oil drop from 115.71 (jun 14) or 128.4(mac 12) to (115.71/2=57.85) or (128.4/2=64.2)? ( dec14?),
Time range: using 6 months(jun14 to dec 14)
then rebound a bit and keep dropping till 1/4 of 115.71 or 128.4 =28.92 or 32.1(using another 6 months?)

I am not sure the advantage and disadvantage between this hb and future.

let's say someone short the future at 1730,
if future rise 100 points , he will lose 100xRM50=RM5000. initial margin may b just rm4000.

if he buy hb, then he will lose 0.265-0.125=0.14, let's say he also lose rm5000, means he buy rm5000/0.14=35714 units of hb, cost rm9564.

so... short future better coz cost less? more liquid?no time limit?
