For simon, yes, market is very bearish now and may break 1700.
So, if v want to earn big from hb, believe it and hold tightly.
But, v must be able to sustain the index rebound and hb retrace to 0.20.
So it is suitable for those buy below 0.20 or can cut loss.

For optimus, yes, market seem to support here and rebound is expected after drop 2 weeks.
if v cannot sustain lose from 0.26 to 0.20, better withdraw now to protect our capital.
