My trading model is to seek undervalued counters and wait for my investment to work for me...I dun have a lot of time to look at daily charts and play too much on technical, as I have a full time job.

I have been accumulating KNM for the last past week , as I believe its grossly undervalued. And yesterday, it was a great feeling looking at my money working for me.

Again, I understand the risk of Barakah and also feel that it is quite undervalued and to me anything under 0.06 is a good position to hold.

And hopefully, this counter will also make our money to work for us soon...

some govt tender works differently....sometimes the compensation is based on the percentage of work agreed to be done...

and in software development project, that are a lot big grey areas.....

example : how do you justify the mobilisation of your team (salaries and overheads) as 'work done' and paying them while waiting for tasks like requirement gathering and studies to be completed?

Let say the milestone in contract is 1 mil at that point of time, but you have invested 10 mil for the initial setup and salaries....unfortunately u can only claim based on 1 mil....

And there is the future loss of income....which is going to be a ding dong negotiation process.

Yes...during the negotiation months ago (which I aldy stated many times b4)...the compensation quoted was around the range of 50-70 mil...

Yes, its a damn small amount....smacks of strong arm (behind the scene) tactics by the PH govt.

And yes we have laws...but its painstakingly slow and there are many rounds of appeals and procedures...

It was a well known news among the companies trying to bid/lobby for the new tender, as the new project cannot be retendered until the compensation issues is closed.

aiya.....this price is aldy damn cheap....wanna dump to save half a cent for what.....

I aldy said here some time back....gov aldy have intent not to pay huge compensation....looks like the case will go down the wire....some of people i know are part of the bidding process/lobby for the new tender...

i prefer knm to gradually go up day by day....rather than roller coaster ride....
