I believe they already know the acceptance rate by now. So far my dealer didn't inform me which mean big chances that they didn't manage to get 75% acceptance for take over IWCity and delisting. Totally agreed to you Veda, they are intended to cheat all the minority share holders including Ekovest. They has sent the offer notice to me at January thru my agent. Same to Superstar25 and Richpapa have received it too. The Official Offer Documents in dated 12th March 2018.

Seems like Ekovest don't get any benefit from IWC acquisition because at the end the land sale cash will go to IWH, and Ekovest end up the number of shares will increase from (2.096b to 2.614b) that made the dividend payout become lesser to each share. The dept may increase as well or lost in next QR due to spending lots of million moneys to buy in IWC shares at 1.50 and what Ekovest get are IWH shares which no going to generate any income in short term.

Or maybe they sale IWH share at high price that 1.50 to get profit? Who want to buy it then?
Or maybe IWH can sale its land to generate income every years to Ekovest?
Just think about it?

As a conclusion, if deal off that will be good news to Ekovest.

75% from (40% minority) is 30% + 22% KPRJ & unknown = 52%; Ekovest will take over and delisting IWC with consent letter from IWH for delisting. My agent info. is correct. They need 75% to delisting.

38% IWH (Rejected) + 62% Minority (Ekovest need >50% voting shares to take over and delisting IWC)

Follow IWH reject the offer. Let Ekovest acquire share from KPRJ @1.50 total of RM80mil. and become minority share holders of IWCity.

Agreed to Richpapa to collect more if the price is below 1.50. I believe they are pushing people to sale back to them in this low price and buy Ekovest which is double the market share capital.

It was undervalue and good for long term investment. Not aspect it to receive the land sale payment in short term. 2.4 billion is a lot. It is better to receive it gradually. That's why IWH not accept the offer at 1.50 and the minority share holders shouldn't accept the offer too.

Don't forget Ekovest has paid 25cents dividend before split from 2 to 5 units. Their share capital is very low and it might be lower than 20cents now. They are very happy to share swap with IWCity 1:1

With ESOS share price 1.50 + profit of land sale to Greenland. The value should be around 3.00. Very very cheap to buy because market capital only 1.156b compare with Ekovest 2.203b, which is double the price.

Since IWH not accept the offer. We all minority share holders should follow IWH and we have the choice not to accept the offer because to delisting required 75% share holders to accept the offer.

Dear hoplanner. I had received it from my agent last week 9th January to choose the offer option. Already rejected the offer because they can't reach 75% for delisting. The accepted offer rate very very low he told me.

Delisting IWCITY required 75% of share holders to accept the offer. The due date has been extended because they can't reach 75%. No share holders were interested to the offer. IWH also no accept the offer why others share holder want to accept?
