kennethlkf : i want to remind you , sometimes Fund managers trap fund managers.. rememebr last time when MBB was at 8.5.60... then fall to 7.98...u must buy low laa, when funds cabut.. now funds goreng u want to goreng, later funds cabut, u have to wait long time, when also we dont know.. so buy low sell high.. sure gurantee profit.

And dont follow stkoay style, because he is very rich and he owns 300,000 shares of MBB.. so he buy any price also he makes money cos his average price is very low and if tomorrow MBB foes to rm1.00 he dont care cos he got a lot of money. Unless you also got a few millions laying around gt nothing to do.. then u can follow his style

You have to do dollar averaging.. collect some when prie is low.. if u chase any share, u might profit, then again u might lose.

Any good share are worth buying, but remember policy and profit can change. diversify also good so i one goes down got others to support.

There maybe a showtime during embargo period and closing might cloose a few sen higher than at 45.49pm.. just a feeling only, for MBB.. whish is actually bad for us to collect drip at a lower price.

However i do agree that the price already run up too steep and u have to wait for a correction ( as usually funds rebalance they share owership)
If buy high, and market drops, u will lose more than u can gain... unless u are short term trader. Long term, buy low keep long long time ( few years)

stkoay : analyst can say anything under the sun, with their disclaimer.. but i am very conservative and realistic. I thought this year will be bad for MBB as eco & pol looked bad,,, so 8.25 is my break even point.. so anything higher is my bonus. SO even if i went to RM10... i am still very happy. If this year dint make it 8.25 then i have to rebalance my portfolio.

I am using RHB, the DRIP is catered for automatically, but using the dividend to buy more , i cant adjust the price to 'zero' to reflect the shares bought thru cash dividend. ( sorry i dint explain fully)

oh stkoay.. forgot to mention , my portfolio doesnt allow me to factor in the dividends and manually adjust the av price.. so in fact the difference is more positive than it shows

If MBB & strong fundamental stock, it iw way better than my FD.. or fixed price unit trust... ALL unit trust comes with a disclaimer that it can turn negative. So i think i am managing my portfolio and it is GREEN .. the losses are small compared to the gains.. so stay invested... and remember, TIME grows ur investment.. long term .. always grows.

stkoay : it good to stay with strong fundamental shares, if u were invested in penny stocks, it will swing +50 to -50%... and i am stuck in a few penny stock, and did cut loss ... lucky too , cos some went into -75%
