after trading hour, 11 March announced Bonus Issue 1 for 5, the price closed at 4.10, by logic, it should have 20% upside which is did hit 4.90+. Last entitlement for Bonus is 19 May. Anticipate to hit back to 4.5 to 4.6 level before Ex date

Net Profit in 31.12.2013 is rm15.2 million

But in Forecast 31.12.2014
Net profit expect will be hit at RM255.6 million.

In 2012 knm goreng up to 72c cum rights at 40c with lower ratio warrants. Price drop to below 60c on listing.
I still make money cos the warrants traded at 11c. Warrants covered and excess shares given during the rights issue more than cover the difference.

The difference here I think is knm to par down the debts here money for working capital and taking bigger projects.
