Have a look at previous qtr result...EPS drop therefore price wont move up......If EPS drop again in the next qtr....NG will be a gone case....

NTA doesn't mean anything if EPS drop....

Expect near-term earnings dilution.

Ultimately, FGV conceded
that the move will likely be near-term earnings dilutive; their
internal forecasts suggest it would only turn neutral in 2017. Our
sensitivity analysis (details overleaf) concurs, as FY15/16/17F net
earnings are expected to fall by 11.9/16.5/5.6%. All else being
constant, our DCF-based TP is reduced by 13% to RM1.65, which
values the associate stake in BWPT at our TP of Rp 415/share.


Keep forecasts and call.

There is still uncertainty surrounding the
deal, as due diligence on the assets is ongoing and several
approvals (including FGV shareholders) are required. We maintain
our forecasts for now.

KWAP will sell more FGV shares....simply because they are not agreeable to Rajawali deal.....
