Technically speaking.......

Bollinger Bands are intervals drawn on SUMATEC price chart at standard deviation levels above and below the corresponding moving average. the reasons why the price is stagnant bcoz volatility generates negative feedback as price swings randomly back and forth hence we are seeing congestion (sideways), but when focused in a single direction,positive feedback awakens to generate momentum into a strong trend..so sumatec just need a positive news from the management (any positive news please!!!), then we will be smiling away with one big trend again!!!!
