Technically speaking.......

Bollinger Bands are intervals drawn on SUMATEC price chart at standard deviation levels above and below the corresponding moving average. This produces an effect of having the bands widen during periods of SUMATEC RESOURCES BHD higher volatility and contract during less volatile periods. Bollinger Bands indicate the relative supply and demand for SUMATEC. If SUMATEC RESOURCES BHD price moves close to the top of the interval then it indicates that there is strong demand for the asset, alternatively if SUMATEC hugs the bottom of the trading range then it indicates that there is oversupply of the asset. Yes for short term I assume that 0.33 is a safe entry level for now and assume that Sumatec breaks 0.44 within 30 days or so...

For long term, Sumatec has no other choice but to acquire asset (partly RI and partly cash).

I am of the opinion that by doing the RI exercise, Sumatec will maintain its DEBT FREE STATUS.

DEBT FREE STATUS is good in the long run reason being Sumatec will keep its operating cost low by not paying exorbitant Finance charges to Banks..Why work for the Bank?..Save money and pay good dividend to investors.

Asset acquired via partly RI and partly cash also means that Sumatec will keep a healthy Balance Sheet (Zero Gearing) and healthy P&L (Top line and Bottom Line)..Nett Nett....Acquired asset via partly RI and partly cash ...DEBT FREE STATUS....NTA increase...Value increase.

In General, There are many listed companies that shout they have high NTA but in reality they are lost making company and are highly geared.

DEBT FREE STATUS also means in the long run Sumatec can shield itself from external factors such as oil prices etc by maintaining low operating cost.

DEBT FREE STATUS is also good in the long run for Sumatec reason being the company can can shield itself from Bankruptcy charges and winding up petition...Therefore Sumatec is a very safe company to invest in the long run.

No wonder Sumatec is a very popular counter on KLSE despite price diving from 0.62 and now stabilizing at 0.32-0.35...Smart investors are buying Sumatec shares..
